• SocialPay is a fast-growing, unique humanitarian aid e-value Platform and mobile financial services operated by Visual ICT Limited, a wholly owned indigenous Nigerian company,

• We provide a suite of financial services which entails the creation e-wallets, conditional and unconditional e-money/cash disbursement services for NGO’s and Government bodies (such as The World Bank, National Social Investment Office (NSIO) and the National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) as well as customised solutions tailored to the specific needs of our partners

• The social pay platform is currently being deployed in the execution of The World Bank/ NSIO – NCTO led Household Upliftment Programme HUP, a project which entails the use of our solution for offline disbursements to well over 75,000 beneficiaries in Jigawa and Imo States on a Bi-Monthly basis and all agents are required to maintain a minimum cash level of 100,000 naira at all times.

• We utilize on spot checks to supervise agent activities and all suspicious activities conducted on our platform are instantly flagged an escalated to the relevant authorities. Our app is also embedded with customer complaint escalation capabilities for prompt documentation and resolution of customer issues
